Pendik Green Park Hotel was chosen as the conference venue to offer a full-board* experience. The conference reserved a block of rooms at very special rates, bookable in advance. Therefore, we strongly recommend booking the special Conference Package, which includes all the benefits. Room prices are as follows:
Package:
Single Room: per night 185 €
Double Room: per person per night 120 €**
Triple Room: per person per night 120 €**
The above prices do not include VAT.
*Full board: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, meeting room coffee break, after dinner, tea and water in the common area, and taxes.
**Participants who wish to share a double or triple room with a colleague or friend must make two separate reservations requesting a double room, and each person must note their roommate’s name during the reservation process. Otherwise, the system will automatically generate a room list and assign rooms based on gender and reservation dates.
Cancellation Policy
Fees are refundable until June 1, 2025.
