Registration Information

Before submitting a conference registration, you must create an account on the website containing your personal information, which will be used solely for the conference. To create an account, please click the Registration button below. Once you create an account, abstract submissions/corrections and payments are straightforward.

*The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations or the conference meeting package fee. Participants who do not request hotel accommodation will be charged a total of €160 as a conference meeting package fee, excluding the registration fee. Those staying at the hotel will not be charged an additional conference meeting package fee.

The registration fee and meeting package fee include:

• Coffee breaks and lunch are included in the congress, and participation in the congress, congress bag, name badge, program and congress certificate are included.

Notes:

• VAT is included in the registration fees.
• All categories and dates are for informational purposes only and are subject to change.
• A person may present up to two oral presentations and only 2 posters (or 4 posters) for one registration fee.
